Most recently, the Panglima TNI diplomatic efforts included a return visit to the leadership of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) in Chengdu, China from 15 to 17 November 2023.
During the visit, Panglima TNI Yudho Margono was received directly by Jenderal Wang Haijiang, Commander of the western defense region or better known as the Chinese Western Theater Command (WTC).
The Panglima TNI during this official visit or courtesy call was accompanied by Operations Assistant Mayjen TNI Nur Rahmad, Assistant Commander of the Marsda TNI Kustono, Kapuskersin TNI Marsma TNI Benny Arfan and other delegates.
