Jakarta – The Directorate of Community Development (Ditbinmas) is one of the Executive Leadership Elements of the Polda Metro Jaya which is held by a middle officer (pamen) with the rank of Senior Commissioner (Kombes). Of the last three Dirbinmas Polda Metro Jaya, two names have made brilliant careers and become stars.

This 1995 Police Academy graduate has experience in the field of investigation. Currently he is the Inspector General of the South Sumatra Regional Police.

3. Brigadier General Pol Sambodo Purnomo Yogo
Kombes Pol Sambodo Purnomo Yogo served as Dirbinmas Polda Metro Jaya in 2018. He handed over the baton of Dirbinmas Polda Metro to Kombes Pol Ulung Sampurna Jaya on January 9 2019.
Kombes Pol Sambodo was born in Binjai, July 3 1973. This 1994 Police Academy alumnus has had a long career in the traffic sector. He has also served as an Intermediate Policy Analyst for the National Police’s Binmas Baharkam Division. In 2022, Kombes Pol Sambodo broke out after the Kapolri, General Pol Listyo Sigit Prabowo, carried out a rotation and transfer via Telegram Letter (ST) Number ST/1214/VI/KEP./2022 dated 20 June 2022.
Kombes Pol Sambodo was promoted to a new position as Head of the Policy Bureau Strategic at the Deputy for Budget Planning, Chief of Police (Karojakstra Srena Polri). With this new position, his rank was promoted to Brigadier General of Police.
