Jakarta – Kapolri General Pol Listyo Sigit Prabowo ordered the transfer and rotation of positions for 55 high-ranking officers (pati) and middle officers (pamen) of the National Police.
Head of the National Police’s Public Information Bureau, Brigjen Pol Ahmad Ramadhan, confirmed the transfer and position rotation telegram letter contained in the letter number ST/2360/X/KEP./2023.
“Mutations and rotations are natural processes in organizations in order to improve performance, tour of duty and area,” said Ramadhan when confirmed in Jakarta, Saturday, (14/10).
One of the high-ranking officers whose position was transferred was the Commander of the National Police’s Brimob Corps (Dankorbrimob), which was held by Komjen Pol Anang Revandoko, who will be replaced by Irjen Pol Imam Widodo.
The Kapolri also ordered the rotation of positions for six Regional Police Chiefs (Kapolda). Firstly, the Kapolda Jawa Timur, Irjen Pol Toni Hermanto, will be replaced by Irjen Pol Imam Sugianto, who currently serves as Kapolda Kaltim.
The position of Kapolda Kaltim will later be held by Irjen Pol Nanang Avianto, who is currently the Kapolda Kalteng. The replacement for Irjen Pol Nanang is Irjen Pol Djoko Poerwanto who currently serves as Kapolda NTB.
Irjen Pol Umar Faroq, who currently serves as Principal Police Widyaiswara Level I Sespim Lemdiklat Polri, has been transferred to become the Kapolda NTB.
The position of Kapolda the Bangka Belitung Islands has also changed. Irjen Pol Yan Sultra will be replaced by Irjen Pol Tornagogo Sihombing who currently holds the position of Deputy Inspector for General Supervision of the National Police.
Finally, there is the position of Kapolda Banten, which is currently held by Irjen Pol Rudy Heriyanto, who will be replaced by Brigjen Pol Abdul Karim. Bembo
